Terms and Conditions Betcuci — Platform Usage Guidelines

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the betcuci platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by betcuci ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Betcuci reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account. If betcuci finds that a member holds more than one account, betcuci reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without notice.
• Forfeiting all bonuses or wins obtained through duplicate accounts.
• Blocking new registrations from the same device or IP address.

Betcuci supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including online banking, TnG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. The minimum deposit is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

All deposits are processed instantly. For withdrawals, betcuci will process requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method. • Any activity suspected of financial fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be terminated immediately.

The general terms applicable to all betcuci bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus wins can be withdrawn. The wagering ratio for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically.

• All completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, betcuci reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the betting amount to the member's account.
• Betcuci is not liable for any losses arising from an unstable internet connection on the user's end.

• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Not engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Not exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system. Any winnings obtained through system error exploitation will be forfeited.

Violating any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the betcuci support team. For accounts closed at your own request, any valid remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method once all pending wagering requirements have been assessed.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, betcuci reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings held in that account.

Betcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
